The crane networks are complex and change rapidly.
There have been over 2000 changes to the 4&5 axle mobile crane network in Victoria in the last year alone, along with a similar number of changes to the 2-axle, 40t and 3-axle networks. This makes up almost 8000 changes to these networks combined. In this time frame, Victoria also added 8 more networks for its larger cranes, 6-axles to 9-axles.

Changes can range from newly surveyed roads and structures (white to green roads), change in road conditions (green to orange and red to orange roads), and recently restricted roads (green to red and orange to red roads).
